Chris Kent
Chris Kent oversees the day-to-day operations and strategic planning at GCI. With over 25 years of construction experience, he has risen through the ranks from laborer to president, holding General Contractor Licenses in California and Arizona.
A graduate of Claremont-McKenna College, Chris is passionate about fostering strong relationships with employees, subcontractors, and clients. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching high school football, studying American history, and spending time with his wife Stacy, daughter Paige, and their two Bernese mountain dogs, Kelsy and Sadie.

David Fiduccia
With 25+ years of expertise in financial planning and global project implementation, David ensures GCI’s financial health and strategic growth. A graduate of Vanguard University with honors, he is a detail-oriented leader dedicated to fostering efficiency and innovation.
David cherishes family time with his wife Jennifer and their two daughters, Emily and Paige. In his free time, he has been a supportive dance dad, soccer coach, and proud cheerleader at swim meets and field hockey games.
Chris Forbes
Chris Forbes has 6 years of experience at GCI and held various executive management positions for over 30 years in industries like Manufacturing & Technology. Chris has always enjoyed the forward-facing part of business most, developing relationships with customers that go beyond just one project or sale. Developing culture as well responsiveness and reliability are key to his core values. A graduate of California Lutheran University, Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Chris is Orange County born and raised with deep family roots in Southern California going way back. Spending quality time with family is most important to him, especially his wife of 40 years, his (3) grown children and two grandchildren.
Fred
Fred joins GCI as a landscape manager, bringing with him 25+ years of experience in landscaping. He has both a C – 27 contractor license and a QAL license. Fred prides himself on retaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and employees through effort, integrity, and trust.
